FAQ

Everything you'd ask before buying.

Rules, fees, payouts, what's allowed, what's not. If the answer isn't here, check the rules page.

The 5-pack

The 5-pack

Yes. All 5 are ready the moment you buy. No drip, no queue. They're still eval accounts. You need to pass each one before it's funded. Pass an eval, pay the $149 activation fee, get that account funded.

Yes. That's the point. Same strategy, all 5 accounts, simultaneously. Hit the 6% target on one, you're hitting it on all of them. Up to $1,000 per payout request, per account. One approach. Five shots.

That account is done. The other four are still running. Blowing one doesn't pause anything. You keep trading. Karen did not build a product where one mistake shuts you down.

Each payout request is capped at $1,000. That's per request, not a lifetime cap. Keep meeting the requirements, keep submitting requests. Five accounts, each paying out up to $1,000 at a time.

Pricing and fees

Pricing and fees

Eval accounts are billed monthly. $199/mo, $299/mo, or $399/mo depending on account size. The 5-pack is $100/mo. Cancel anytime before your next billing date. The $149 activation fee is one-time per funded account. Your subscription stays active to maintain funded access and payouts.

It activates your funded account after you pass the eval. One-time, per account you pass. $149 flat. Same whether you passed the $50K or the $150K.

No. Your eval accounts open on purchase. Karen is not re-opening this conversation after checkout. If you have doubts, resolve them before you pay. The FAQ, the rules page, and the support email exist for exactly this reason.

Rules and risk

Rules and risk

The floor tracks the highest balance your account has ever reached, including unrealized gains on open positions. Equity hits $51,500 intraday with an open trade, the floor moves to $49,500 right then. It does not wait for you to close the position. It does not wait for the day to end. It does not go back down. Full explainer on the rules page.

On funded accounts, no single trading day can make up more than 30% of your total profit. Made $3,000 total and $1,500 came from one day? That's 50%. Not allowed. The rule confirms you have a repeatable strategy, not one lucky morning.

No. The buffer ($2,000 for the $50K funded account) must be reached before you can request a payout. The buffer itself stays in the account. It's a threshold, not money you collect. Every dollar above the buffer is yours.

The eval ends. That account is done. The limit was posted before you paid. Karen is not surprised and has no interest in the story about why it should have come back.

Yes to both. Swing trading is allowed. Hold through the close if your strategy calls for it. News trading is allowed. No blackout windows around earnings, CPI, FOMC, or anything else.

That's a breach. Every expiring option must be closed by 4:00 PM ET on expiration day, even if it's worthless. Close it or the account is done.

Trust and legitimacy

Trust and legitimacy

No. Karen doesn't have the patience for scams. The rules are posted. The payout structure is posted. Every number is on this site before you pay a dollar. That's the opposite of a scam. Karen is aware that low prices look suspicious. The price is low because it's sim capital. Not because it's fake.

Options trading is hard and most traders blow their accounts. Karen leads with that. The 5-pack exists because most people fail the first few times. More attempts, same $100. The catch is you, not the product.

During the eval: simulated. No real capital at risk. When you pass, pay the $149 activation fee, and receive a funded account, the payouts are real cash. Know which phase you're in.

No. The attitude is the packaging. The product is a funded options account with monthly subscriptions, posted rules, and a payout process that actually works. Karen would like you to buy the product, not just screenshot the attitude.

Product basics

Options. Level 4 margin, defined-risk strategies, spreads, puts. Swing trading and overnight holds are allowed. News trading is allowed, no blackout windows. This is not a futures platform that added 'options' to its marketing. Options-first with actual options infrastructure.

Unlimited eval accounts. Up to 5 funded accounts at any time. 1 live account. Karen put the limits in the Terms and the Trader Agreement. Buy as many evals as you want. Pass up to 5 and activate them. Go live on one.

No. Karen does not do phone calls. The rules and FAQ cover most questions. Email and Discord exist for the ones they don't. Written communication creates a record. A record is better for everyone.

Reach the buffer. Hit 7 winning days at $200+. Stay under the 30% consistency rule. Submit the request. Desk reviews it. You get paid, or Karen pushes you live. Payout requests take 3 to 5 business days.

Going live

Going live

When you're eligible for a payout, KarenOptions may push you to a company-managed live trading account on Tastytrade with your payout balance instead of sending cash. Live means real capital, real executions, 80/20 profit split. 80% yours, 20% Karen's. This is the end state.

No. KarenOptions reserves the right to push any eligible trader live on a company-managed Tastytrade account at its sole discretion. Karen decides whether you get cash or a live account. If you get pushed live, your payout becomes your starting capital. This is in the Terms and the Trader Agreement. Read them.

You get one live account on Tastytrade. One. All other funded accounts are temporarily locked until Karen evaluates your performance on the live account. A $49/month data fee applies to the live account. Max 5 funded accounts at any time, unlimited evals. If you had 5 funded accounts, they're locked, not deleted.

Yes. Unlike funded accounts, live account withdrawals have no per-request cap. The only rule: withdrawals can't drop you below your original starting balance. 80% of profits are yours. Karen takes 20%. Withdrawals take 3 to 5 business days.

What will get you banned

What will get you banned

No. VPNs, VPS, proxies, remote desktops, or anything that masks your real IP or location are prohibited. Karen monitors this. If your IP doesn't match your registration, your account is done. No exceptions, no appeals, no 'but I was traveling.'

No. All trades must be placed manually by you, the registered account holder. Bots, algorithms, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, or any automated execution. All banned. Karen is evaluating you, not your software.

No. Each account must be traded exclusively by the person who registered it. Account sharing, credential sharing, having a friend 'just place one trade.' All prohibited. If Karen detects it, the account is closed and payouts are voided.
