This Privacy Policy explains how Karen Technologies LLC, doing business as KarenOptions ("KarenOptions," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information when you visit karenoptions.com, create an account, buy an evaluation, activate a funded account, request a payout, or otherwise use our Services.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and account credentials;
  • payment and billing details submitted through our payment processors;
  • identity verification, sanctions screening, tax, and payout documentation;

  • any information you upload to complete onboarding, compliance review, or payout processing.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Services, we automatically collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device details, operating system, referring pages, page visits, time stamps, session activity, site interactions, and similar analytics data.

1.3 Trading and Program Data

We collect data related to your evaluations and funded accounts, including positions, orders, fills, balances, daily and cumulative P&L, drawdown status, winning-day counts, payout history, compliance flags, and related program metrics.

1.4 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from payment processors, identity verification vendors, analytics providers, fraud-prevention services, sanctions-screening providers, advertising partners, hosting vendors, and other service providers that support the Services.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to operate, secure, and improve the Services, including to:

  • create and maintain your account and deliver purchased evaluations;
  • process payments, activation fees, and payout requests;
  • verify your identity, eligibility, and compliance status;
  • monitor trading activity for rule enforcement, fraud prevention, and risk management;
  • communicate with you about your account, purchases, legal updates, and support issues;
  • send promotional messages where permitted by law and consistent with your preferences; and
  • analyze performance, troubleshoot problems, and improve product quality.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information in the following circumstances:
